Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant

Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant
Our therapists have the opportunity to grow in their profession by providing physical therapy with various service delivery options that include outpatient clinical therapy, developmental daycare centers, schools, specialized educational settings, homes and daycare facilities. We work with children with a variety of diagnoses to provide facilitation of developmental milestones, muscle strengthening, endurance, provide adaptive equipment, orthotics, therapeutic exercise, gait training, wheelchair training and management, balance training, postural training, range of motion and stretching, manual therapy, joint mobility, and coordination activities. Diagnoses range in severity, complexity and co-morbidity, including, but not limited to: autism, down syndrome, prematurity, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, birth injuries, traumatic brain injury, neurological conditions, and various genetic conditions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technicians (ABAT) to join our team. As an RBT or ABAT, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings (home, clinic, school).
  • Collect and record data on client progress.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification or ABAT credential.

Current BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross).

Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different locations.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

BCBA/QBA NC Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Licensed Behavior Analyst (Hybrid) to join our growing team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite while delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, dedication, and enthusiasm to improve outcomes for children in their natural environments.  Please note the position is not fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy to children, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure treatment fidelity and progress.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create consistent support systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to track progress and refine intervention strategies.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA OR QBA certification.
  • State licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in a clinical, school, or home setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with data collection tools and software.
  • Dedication to delivering culturally competent and client-centered services.

Job Description:  Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) BCaBA/QASP-S
Position: Pediatric Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part Time or Contract

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with developmental and behavioral needs.
  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group ABA therapy services in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
  • Collect accurate and timely data to monitor client progress and assist in updating treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in the implementation of therapy goals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing supervision to maintain high-quality services.
  • Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB and state licensing boards.

Qualifications
  • Licensed as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in North Carolina.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
